Vetworx Solutions LLC (“Vetworx,” “we”) is a Florida company. This page covers the public website and the contact form on it. It is not a product privacy policy for my-x.ai or my-corp.ai.
What we collect
If you write us or use the contact form, we receive the name, email, organization, interest, and message you send. The form posts to our own platform at vetworx.my-corp.ai. We do not use a third-party form vendor.
The site also receives normal web-server logs (IP address, user agent, path, time) from AWS CloudFront / S3.
A first-party script records page path, referrer, campaign parameters (utm_ / from=), and which button was clicked. It posts to our own platform at vetworx.my-corp.ai. No cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party analytics vendor. Browsers with Do Not Track on are skipped.
What we do with it
- Reply to your inquiry from contact@vetworx.ai.
- Keep a record of inbound leads so we do not lose a conversation.
- Use aggregate, non-identifying traffic data to keep the site up.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records stay until the conversation is finished or you ask us to delete them. Server logs follow the AWS distribution defaults.
Your choices
Email contact@vetworx.ai to ask what we have, correct it, or delete it. Do not send passwords, SSNs, or classified / CUI material through this form.
